Common Uses: Very invigorating, For helping warm muscles before exercise and relieve tension after exercise. Can also be used to enhance your bath. The warmth of the water diffuses the essential oils to invigorate the mind and spirit, whilst optimising absorption into the skin. Thus when you step out of the bath a fine nourishing layer of oil has penetrated your skin leaving it soft and supple. Watch out for slippery baths though! Great for massaging, a ready made blend to energise, relax or tone the body. For facial care use under a mask to add extra nutrients to the skin, though the peppermint in the energy oil can be overpowering.
Suggested Dosage: Massage directly onto skin or use a few tablespoons in the bath, to enjoy the full benefit of Living Nature Body Oils.
