Common Uses: Indicated for use to: stimulate digestion and assist in the assimilation of nutrients; drain away toxins in joints - arthritis and gout; helps to detox the body and may help the lymphatics;has been reported that doses of aloe between 10 and 30mg act as a stomachic (promotes digestion or appetite); may relieve congestion in the lungs and stimulate phagocytosis for infection; colitis and ulcers; irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), Crohn's disease, diverticulitis; gastric ulcers and ulcerative colitis; weight loss and cellulite; haemorrhoids; diabetes to reduce blood glucose and triglyceride levels; convalescence; constipation; heartburn, gastritis, hiatus hernia, digestive ulcers; arthritis, sluggish liver, lung infections; prevention of viral and bladder infections.
Suggested Dosage: Adults: 20-40mls preferably on an empty stomach (20 mins prior to main meals). May be used externally for uninfected wounds, or as a toner for blemished, combination, dry or oily skin.
