Common Uses: Indicated for use to: assist in the symptoms of colds, flu and catarrh; assist in the treatment of mild upper respiratory conditions; mucous congestion in the sinus and chest (bronchials and airways); sinus and hayfever; anti-oxidant activity; mildly diuretic; helps to provide relief from symptoms of mild upper respiratory infections and mucous congestion; Congest-X ingredients have a particular specificity with respiratory infections, acting to soothe bronchial airways and helping to provide temporary relief from respiratory cough due to bronchial irritation. The expectorant properties help to dry secretions from the nose making breathing easier.
Suggested Dosage: Adults - take 1 capsule 3 times daily with food or as professionally advised. Children 6-12yrs - take 1-2 capsules daily or as professionally advised.
Health Information: Congest X contains NZ Wasabi and horseradish to assist with congestion; echinacea, NZ Wasabi and garlic to boost the immune system and fight bugs; fenugreek and marshmallow to soothe inflamed nasal, throat and bronchial tracts; and vitamin C and histadine to act as natural anti-histamine in allergies.
