Athletes and Body Building - up to 2-8 tablespoons daily. Degenerative disease - up to 4-8 tablespoons daily. Combine with sulphur protein foods, yoghurt, quark, cottage cheese, tofu and eggs. Weight Loss - take 2-3 tablespoons daily. This delicate oil is not suitable for frying or heating. Refrigerate after opening. Best used within 3 months of opening.
