Currency
All prices at nzhealth.com are in New Zealand dollars.
On the 8 May 2008, one NZ$ was equivalent to about US 77 cents.
This means that a product advertised at NZ$13 will only be around US$10.
You can choose the currency you would prefer to shop in from the currency
selection box on the home page. The final charge to your card will be made in the $NZ
equivalent of the total value of your order, based on the mid rate of the
day. Your local credit card company will then convert this to your
local currency equivalent. The charge will appear on your credit
card statement as being

International Delivery
At nzhealth.com we will deliver to customers in any country
serviced by New Zealand Post. This includes several hundred countries
worldwide. Your international order will be shipped by New Zealand Post first class
insured airmail,
with freight charged at cost, except for those items marked with a
worldwide freight free.
For orders under 10kg in weight, selecting the freight region in the drop down box at the checkout, will enable you to automatically see the total value of your order, including any freight charge.
If the weight of your order is over 10kg we will calculate the freight due on receipt of your order, then email you for approval of this charge, before processing your order. Freight charges are based on your orders total weight and final destination.
You will be sent an email by nzhealth.com confirming receipt of your order, to the email address you have used in the order form.
A second email will be sent by nzhealth.com customer service staff confirming dispatch of your order.
For your information, an order comprising two products would typically cost an additional NZ$9 (about US$6) to send to North America or Japan or NZ$7 to send to Australia. We offer free international shipping on some items. You will not be charged freight on these specific items.

Customers are responsible for any customs or taxes imposed on foreign orders.
Your order will usually arrive at your international destination within 10 business days of dispatch. Australian deliveries usually take 5 business days from the time you place your order.
Customs
Before placing your order, please check with your local authorities, to
ensure that there are no special requirements for importing health supplements.
These requirements may include import duties or taxes. These
costs are not the responsibility of nzhealth.com.
Customs regulations in most countries will allow the 'personal importation' of health supplements. However please ensure that any product you order is not prohibited in your own country. Please note that nzhealth.com will not be held responsible for the replacement of any product that is confiscated by your country's Customs Office.
