You can select products and information in a number of different ways.
Use our Help me Choose Page
View this page to select by Category, Ailment,
or Name.
At any time you can choose a specific product you require by simply clicking the "Add to Order" link, which appears whenever a product is displayed. You will then be taken to the Shopping Basket page where you can alter the quantity of any item or continue shopping.
Your order can be viewed at any time by Checking Your Basket. Click the shopping basket icon on the right of the top menu bar.
At any time you can add to, alter or delete any or all of the items in your Shopping Basket, prior to the final checkout.
How to Choose
If you know the name of a product or health condition you are interested
in, use the Search box, available on every page of our web site.
You can type anything into the Search box, and it will return a list
of any products matching your search criteria. If it does not find
anything matching your request, it may help to try to be a little less
specific with your criteria.
Any products matching your search criteria, will be displayed in alphabetical order.
Alternatively, click the Help Me to Choose button on the top menu bar of every page. This page allows you to conveniently search and browse for product information in two simple ways.
You can choose a health category from the "Select a Product Category" list or choose a symptom or ailment from the "Select a Health Topic" list.
The Select a Health Topic list, will not only give you a list of products that match your search criteria, but also information related to that health topic, written and compiled by our resident medical herbalist Leanne James and her Naturopathic team.
You may also return to the Home page, using the links on any page, to access the Product and Health Topic lists on the home page itself.
Customer Membership
You can create a nzhealth.com customer membership easily so
you can then look up your previous orders and reload shopping baskets
from a previous visit to our Internet shop.

The Shopping Basket and Checkout
The shopping basket will be presented to you as you add products to your
order. Your shopping basket can easily be accessed at any time by
clicking the "Check Your Basket" icon located at the top right
of the menu bar of every page.
Adding Items to the Shopping Basket
Just click on the "Add to Order" link which appears
with every product displayed. You will then be taken to the Check
Your Basket page where you can alter the quantity of each item, and make other
changes to the items in your shopping basket.
You can continue shopping using any of these other order methods or if paying by credit card you can proceed to the Checkout by clicking the "Place Order" button, from the Check Your Basket page.
Changing Quantities
If you want to change the quantity of any item(s), just type the new quantity
in the quantity field for each item you wish to change and click on "Update
Order"
button. The quantity changes will not be saved unless you click
this button!
Checkout
Once you've found everything you're looking for and have
added them to your shopping basket, click the Check Your Basket button
from the menu bar. Then click the "Place Order" button.
You will be prompted
for your delivery details and a payment method.
If you choose to pay by credit card, your credit card information will be processed by our Secure Server, which ensures your credit card details are safely encrypted for your total privacy.
When you click OK your order will be processed and your credit card information will be submitted using our secure server. All personal details including your credit card details, will be encrypted to ensure your privacy.
If you select to pay by credit card, your order will be processed and dispatched immediately.
If you choose to pay by cheque (New Zealand customers
only), please post
your printed order details together with your payment to: Your order
will be dispatched as soon as payment is received.
Order Confirmation Other methods to Order from us However, if you prefer not to enter your
credit card details through our secure server, you can still shop with
us! Just print out your order form during the checkout process, then either
phone or fax your order through

retail shop in Glenfield. You may also post your order by mail.
Orders sent by mail, fax or phone can be paid by credit card. We
