Within New Zealand, all orders over NZ$50 in value are delivered freight FREE* by courier right to your door.
* All New Zealand orders under NZ$50 in value will have a delivery charge of NZ$3.50 applied. All Rural deliveries incur an additional fee of NZ$3.50. Orders of Food and Home Cleaning items, may incur delivery charges. We will advise you of additional delivery fees, if applicable, by return email before charging and dispatching your order.

New Zealand orders are dispatched by Courier immediately payment is received. Within Auckland please allow 24 hours for delivery. All other areas please allow 48 hours.
International orders will be shipped by New Zealand Post first class airmail. If you choose to shop in an overseas currency, for your convenience, we have included freight charges. If you are shopping in New Zealand and wish to ship overseas, you can select the freight region in the drop down box above, to see the freight charges applicable to your order. If the weight of your order is over 10kg we will calculate the freight due on receipt of your order, then email you for approval of this charge, before processing your order. Freight charges are based on your orders total weight and final destination. You will be sent an email by nzhealth.com confirming receipt of your order, to the email address you enter in the order form. A second email will be sent by nzhealth.com customer service staff confirming dispatch of your order.
